In March of 2010 we shipped a 300KG batch mainly to Hong Kong and Singapore. This batch contained 2 different pellets which one of the pellets contained to much lipids.  Due to the high amount of lipids in these pellets the skimmer stopped working for some time.

We replaced the whole batch by shipping out over 800 replacement bags to local distributors. They took care of getting the replacement bags to the end user or the store where the end user can collect his replacement bag(s). These bags are free of charge ! We assume that all customers who are entitled to get the replacement bag(s) already received them or collected them.
